Currently completing her Master’s in Physical Activity and Health, she brings together academic insight and real-world expertise to offer a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.

Her journey is fuelled by a deep passion for movement and a genuine commitment to promoting health through personalised coaching. With a strong background in group fitness, Rita is skilled in a wide range of modalities including Strength & Conditioning, Core & Glutes, TRX, HIIT, and Pilates.
