Our Physiotherapy Services
At Mythos, our physiotherapy services are designed to keep you moving freely, recovering faster, and performing at your best. Whether you’re overcoming an injury, easing daily aches, or pushing toward new fitness goals, every session is tailored to your body and your needs. With a blend of expert assessment, hands-on treatments, and personalised programmes, we help you build strength, mobility, and long-lasting confidence in every move.

Comprehensive Assessment
A full, in-depth evaluation of how your body is moving, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and how injuries or pain are affecting your overall function. We examine posture, joint mobility, muscle strength, flexibility, movement patterns, any compensations or imbalances.

Tailored Programmes
Custom rehabilitation, fitness or performance programmes designed specifically for your body, goals, injury history, movement patterns and current deficits. Not “one size fits all.”

Cupping Therapy
A manual therapy technique where suction cups are applied to the skin, often moving or static, to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tightness, improve lymphatic drainage, and promote healing in deeper tissues.

Deep Tissue Massage
A massage technique that works deeper into the muscle layers and connective tissue. Focus on slower strokes, more pressure, targeting adhesions, knots, chronic tension.

Dry Needling / Acupucture
Insertion of very fine sterile needles into trigger points, muscular knots or specific acupuncture points to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation and facilitate healing.

Electrotherapy (TENS, Ultrasound, TECAR etc.)
Use of various electrical or sound‐wave modalities like TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), ultrasound, and TECAR (capacitive/resistive energy transfer) to facilitate pain relief, support tissue healing, reduce inflammation and improve tissue repair.

Strength Testing via Technogym BioStrength
Using advanced Technogym BioStrength equipment to quantitatively measure strength in different muscle groups. Then designing programmes to correct deficits (weak muscles, imbalances) and reduce injury risk, improve performance.
