Alexandra’s journey with movement began at the young age of four through dance, later expanding to include running and rowing. During her teenage years, her curiosity about improving flexibility led her to develop personalized training techniques, which she initially shared with friends and eventually applied to her students and clients.

While pursuing professional dance education, Alexandra discovered Pilates, yoga, and aerial acrobatics. These disciplines deepened her appreciation for mindful movement and inspired her to focus on enhancing balance, posture, and strength in a functional and sustainable manner. Complementing her expertise in movement, she also offers guidance on plant-based nutrition to support her clients’ overall physical well-being.

With extensive experience coaching diverse age groups in dance and fitness, Alexandra has cultivated a motivational and supportive coaching style. Her international career, spanning Germany, Italy, the UK, and now Malta, has equipped her to provide tailored solutions for optimizing physical health, improving body mechanics, and achieving holistic well-being.
